A Better {...ME...}!!!!

I am going to work towards a better ME! I was just inspired to try a 21 day program. It's nothing really hard or anything that requires lots of money or time, just determination, a want and willpower. So how am I going to do this?

1) exercising. (at least 30 3x's a week)

2) eating better. (lots of fruits & veggies)

3) taking care of my spiritual side. (spending more time in personal prayer and reading my scriptures)

4) taking some ME time. (spending at least an hour a day doing something I love)

5) getting more sleep. (going to bed earlier and getting at least 8-10 hrs of sleep)

The great part about this is that there is never a perfect time to start and there is always a tomorrow! They say it takes 21 days to break a habit! So here goes... only 21 days to a better ME!
